About the DEEP NATURE PROJECT
Since 2015, the Austrian hemp pioneer, DEEP NATURE PROJECT GmbH, based in Gols, Burgenland, has been producing certified and strictly controlled organic hemp products: high quality organic hemp food and organic hemp extracts (CBD/CBG) under the trademarks MEDIHEMP and VETRIHEMP. In cooperation with contract farmers in Austria, Germany and Croatia, organic hemp is grown on 510 hectares of land, harvested using state-of-the-art technology and processed with particular care.
The products are sold in almost 30 countries worldwide and are subject to regular external and internal controls. More than 60 employees generated a turnover of seven million euros in 2018. DEEP NATURE PROJECT GmbH stands for sustainable use of natural resources, climate- and product-friendly processing as well as fair and innovative cooperation with employees and partners.

Sustainability
From cultivation to the finished product, our production processes are sustainable and organic. We process the whole plant, from the shives to the leaves – nothing is wasted. Everything is controlled, certified organic and made in Austria.
Quality
When it comes to product development, we cooperate closely with international partners in medicine and nutritional science. This allows us to ensure that the active ingredients in our plants develop to the highest possible level of quality.
Fairness
It takes more than good resources to make good products. It also takes people, such as our employees and partners, who are also committed to the deepnature concept and want to participate in the Deep Nature Project.
Our quality standard
We are only satisfied once we fully meet our high quality standards. This is not only validated by our internal quality management and our own laboratory. We also regularly submit to external independent test bodies. Because only when checked and certified our organic hemp extracts and organic hemp food are send out to you. And even though we are already thinking about how we can become even better, we are very proud that our quality standards have been awarded 8 times.
